P​ayment:

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of work. The balance, including shipping costs, is due in full prior to the shipment of the instrument.


P​ayment Method:

We accept bank wire transfers, international bank drafts, Visa and Mastercard, and (within Canada only) Interac Email transfers.

The instrument will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of funds by our bank, which can take up to 30 business days, depending on payment method.

Shipping:

All shipping cost (including insurance of the guitar) are an additional charge and are the responsibility of the customer.  International customers are also responsible for any import taxes, duties,brokerage fees etc. that may be levied by the customer's country of residence as well as by the shipping company.
